With Fast Track arrival service, sail through immigration and clear customs quickly when you land at Lynden Pindling International Airport. Then get escorted to a dedicated customs line before exiting the terminal, where your representative will guide you to your prearranged transportation agent. Bypass the crowds of disembarking plane passengers and begin your Bahamas vacation hassle-free.

Arrival Service

Dedicated agent will meet and greet the passenger(s) at the arrival gate holding a name-sign.
Passenger(s) will be escorted and fast tracked through Bahamas Immigration.
Priority baggage collection with dedicated porter.
Passenger(s) will be escorted and fast tracked through Bahamas Customs.
Passenger(s) will then be escorted through to their onward mode of transportation.

Departure Service

Dedicated agent will meet the passenger(s) curbside at their vehicle.
Passenger(s) will be assisted with check in and boarding pass collection.
Assistance with baggage check-in and handling.
Passenger(s) will then be fast tracked through the local departure security point.
Flight monitoring and assistance during delays/cancellation.
Pre-boarding and escort to departure gate.

Transit (Connecting Flight) Service

A dedicated agent will meet and greet the passenger(s) at the arrival gate.

Passenger(s) will be escorted and fast-tracked through Bahamas Immigration for international arrivals and from domestic arrival carrier.
Priority baggage collection with a dedicated porter.
Gate-to-gate escort and assistance for connecting flights.
Pre-boarding and escort to the departure gate.

Optional Service

Access to VIP departure lounge using Priority Pass or by separate payment to The Graycliff Lounge.  This arrangement depends upon availability on the day of departure.  We do not take responsibility for this service.
 
The Lynden Pindling International Airport has a United States Pre-Clearance Hall with United States Customs and Border Protection agents readily available to process persons traveling to the United States.  Passengers clearing locally will not have to repeat the process once they arrive in the United States.  Please advise us if you have Global Entry status.

United States Departures: U.S. Customs and Border Protection restricts fast-track service directly through the active queue.  The Bahamas Airport Fast Track agent will meet guests after the U.S. Pre-Clearance queue is completed. Only holders of Global Entry Credentials are allowed expedited service through U. S. Pre-Clearance.
